Dentist referral form for specialist dental care

Referrals are welcome from dental colleagues for children requiring specialist paediatric dental care.

Abs is able to manage the full spectrum of paediatric dentistry, including caries, dental trauma, developmental dental anomalies, enamel defects (such as hypomineralisation), pulp therapy and root canal treatment, management of open apices, and aesthetics including microabrasion, whitening and resin infiltration (ICON).

In addition, behaviour management support, inhalation sedation, and the use of video glasses to help children with dental anxiety is available.

All children are cared for with an evidence-based, patient-centred approach, and referring practitioners are kept fully informed throughout.
